At our bilingual secondary school, we warmly welcome all students – whether they are starting in year 5 or joining an existing class at a higher year level. Admission is also possible during the school year, provided that space is available. Here you will find all the key information about the admissions process and trial days, how school places are allocated, tuition fees and the next steps.
We want as many children as possible to benefit from our educational programme. That’s why we have chosen a model with income-based parental contributions. The monthly tuition fee is calculated based on the family’s total annual income.

What's included: The Parental contribution, profile fee, after-school and holiday programme as well as mealtimes are included in the monthly amount. Additional costs such as materials, excursion and laptop fees and a one-off administration fee may apply.
We aim to make our educational offering accessible to as many children as possible. For this reason, we use a model of income-based parental contributions.
The monthly contribution is calculated based on the family’s total annual income.
The profile contribution supports the bilingual profile of the school. It enables extended learning opportunities beyond the timetable, assistant teacher support, individual coaching, talent programmes and the work of our school coaches.
Our all-day programme includes optional services such as supervised afternoon care, exciting holiday activities, and freshly prepared meals – all designed to support families and enrich the school day.
At the beginning of each school year, there is a materials contribution of €150.
At the start of each school year, we charge a flat excursion fee of €60.
Larger trips – such as camps, international exchanges, ski trips or travel abroad – are not included and will be billed separately.
From year 8 onwards, Josef-Schwarz-Schule provides each student with their own business-grade school laptop. Subject-specific questions can be researched directly during lessons. Notes are stored digitally and are accessible at any time. Naturally, students may also take their devices home.
A yearly flat fee of €250 applies.
This fee includes: the laptop, software, energy costs, maintenance and repairs, updates, insurance, and printing costs (within the school).
A one-time administration fee of €200 is for new admissions to Josef-Schwarz-Schule.
This fee is not charged again when changing between school branches.
