Simply complete our online registration form conveniently and without obligation. You will receive a confirmation of receipt shortly afterwards. In the spring before the intended start date, we will contact you with further details about the admissions process.
Each child takes part in an age-appropriate admissions process where we get to know them and explore whether our concept is a good fit. When inviting children to a trial day at our reception, we take factors such as siblings, diversity and the date of registration into account. During the trial day, children complete small playful tasks, meet peers and experience our bilingual environment.
Parents receive key information through an online presentation and take part in a virtual conversation with a member of our admissions team.
After the trial days, we reflect together from a pedagogical perspective on whether our reception setting matches your child’s needs. If we are able to offer you a place and you accept, you will receive the digital contract documents. Once these are signed, we look forward to welcoming you and your child at the start of the school year in Baden-Württemberg.
We charge a fixed monthly fee of €345. A reduced rate of €270 per month applies for siblings attending Josef-Schwarz-Schule.
We charge €130 per month for meals, which include breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.
At the beginning of each school year, there is a materials contribution of €90.
At the start of each reception or school year, we charge a flat excursion fee of €60.
A one-time administration fee of €200 is for new admissions to Josef-Schwarz-Schule.
This fee is not charged again when changing between school branches.
